What will you do when you’re here? 👇

• Define and implement the global retail strategy to maximize profitability and brand positioning. Manage the daily operations of physical stores, ensuring excellence in service standards, product presentation, and achievement of sales objectives

• Work closely with the Marketing, eCommerce, Product, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between channels and an effective omnichannel experience

• Develop and lead the retail team, ensuring their training and motivation to achieve commercial objectives

• Identify expansion opportunities, overseeing the opening of new stores and leading strategic negotiations with landlords and business partners.

• Analyze store performance through key KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic, average ticket, profitability) and propose actions for optimization

• Implement retail management processes and tools that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

• Ensure the correct application of brand identity and values within the physical retail environment

• Oversee inventory management in stores, optimizing stock levels and minimizing shortages or excess merchandise

• Guarantee a Customer Experience strategy aligned with HOFF's Values and differentiation

• Stay up to date with industry trends, technological innovations, and best practices in retail to maintain the brand’s competitiveness

🎓 Education: Masters Degree in Fashion, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.

📈 Experience: 5+ years of experience in similar roles in Retail Management or Head of Retail in Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle or Cosmetics companies within international environments

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Leadership: Ability to manage teams and work with multiple stakeholders.

📊 Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).

🌎 We are international! A proficency level of English is required. Highly desirable to have a good level of French.
