This role is based in our Alicante office. If you are not living around right now, get ready to relocate to a lovely place to live! Wanna paddle surf after work? A piña colada maybe? Our offices are 20 minutes away from the sunny beaches of Alicante. It doesn't get any better than this :)

You will:

• Have a customer-centric mindset, be able to understand customer behaviors, and analyze customer data to improve site stats.
• Manage large amounts of mail. Getting sure everybody is well taken care of.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Gather valuable information about our customer's preferences for the marketing department.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

What are we looking for?

You are someone with an interest in people. if you feel good when you solve somebody’s problems and want to be an important piece of the HOFF engine, this is the chance to prove yourself.

We need you to have a TOP level of English. We are getting bigger around the globe and looking for talent with an international mindset. And if you happen to know any other languages, that would be amazing️. But, of course, it’s not a must 😉

Experience in Wholesale will be highly valued.
