As a Store Runner, you’ll keep the rhythm flowing behind the scenes, ensuring every detail is on point and every customer walks out with a smile (and the perfect pair of sneakers 👟).

Your mission 👇

Be the invisible force that keeps the store running smoothly — supporting the sales team, keeping the stockroom organized, and making sure the sales floor always looks its best.

• Stock Flow & Replenishment: Quickly bring products from the stockroom to the sales floor to meet customer needs and keep displays fully stocked.
• Organization & Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized, and easily accessible stockroom that aligns with HOFF’s operational standards.
• Product Handling: Ensure all items are correctly tagged, labeled, and in perfect condition before reaching customers.
• Customer Focus: Support the team during peak hours by helping with fitting rooms, restocking, or product requests.
• Operational Tasks: Assist in opening and closing routines, deliveries, inventory counts, and general maintenance of store spaces.
• Team Collaboration: Be a reliable and proactive partner for your teammates, always ready to jump in where needed.
