What will you do when you’re here? 👇

🛍 Store Operations Management
Ensure the correct implementation of policies and operational procedures across all stores. Support the opening and closing of new stores, including logistics, systems, and resources.

🔄 Process Optimization
Identify opportunities for improvement in store processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency. Monitor and analyze retail operational KPIs to enhance overall performance.

📦 Inventory Coordination
Oversee in-store inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels. Work with the Distribution team to maintain a proper product flow.

🤝 Support for Store Teams
Provide ongoing operational support to retail teams, resolving daily issues. Collaborate with the People team to coordinate training and ensure teams align with brand standards.

📢 Communication and Collaboration
Act as a point of contact between stores and corporate teams to ensure effective communication. Coordinate promotional campaigns and activations, ensuring their proper execution in stores.

Does this sound interesting? Here’s the profile we’re looking for: 🕵️‍♀️

• 2-3 years of previous experience in retail operations or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of retail management tools and advanced Excel skills.

• Ability to analyze data and use analytical tools for decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

• We are international! A minimum B2 level in English is required.

• A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
